Cancellation Policy

At Copesetics Marketing Services (Pty) Ltd., we aim to make our cancellation process straightforward and transparent.
Cancellation by the Client
You may cancel your subscription to the Copesetics Marketing System at any time by providing written notice to us via email.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing month.
Monthly Fees
If you cancel during a billing month, the full monthly fee for that month remains payable. No full or partial refunds will be issued for unused services or the remaining portion of the billing period.
Your access to the Copesetics Marketing System and all included services will continue until the end of the paid billing month.
Rejoining the Service
You are welcome to rejoin the Copesetics Marketing System at any time, subject to availability and our pricing and terms in effect at the time of re-enrolment.
Cancellation by Copesetics
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where:
You fail to pay your monthly fees.
You materially breach our Terms & Conditions.
You engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
We are required to do so by law.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide prior notice before terminating services.
Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
All recurring monthly billing will cease after the current paid billing period.
Any outstanding amounts owed to Copesetics remain payable.
Access to services, systems, reports, automations, software, and ongoing support will end at the conclusion of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
