At Copesetics Marketing Services (Pty) Ltd., we are committed to providing professional, high-quality marketing, software, automation, and consulting services through the Copesetics Marketing System.
No Refunds
All payments made for the Copesetics Marketing System are final and non-refundable.
Because our services involve the immediate allocation of professional time, expertise, strategy, software development, campaign management, and other ongoing business resources, we do not offer refunds for:
Monthly service fees
Partial months of service
Early cancellation
Unused services
Changes in business circumstances
Dissatisfaction with business or marketing outcomes
Delays caused by the client
Client decisions to discontinue the service
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice.
If you cancel during a billing month, the full monthly fee for that month remains payable. Your services will continue until the end of the paid billing period, after which no further monthly fees will be charged unless you choose to continue.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or any other applicable South African legislation.
