These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website, products, and services provided by Copesetics Marketing Services (Pty) Ltd. (“Copesetics”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Copesetics provides professional business growth services, including but not limited to:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Google Ads Management
Meta Ads Management
Facebook Page Management
Marketing Automation
Software Engineering
Data Analytics
Marketing Strategy
Consulting
Website Development
Business Automation
Monthly Marketing Management
All these services are included in the Copesetics Marketing System.
2. Payments
The Copesetics Marketing System is offered at a fixed monthly fee of R32,000 p/m.
Our pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.
Monthly services are billed in advance. Once payment has been received, work for that billing period will commence.
Late or missed payments may result in the temporary suspension of services until payment has been received.
3. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Supply requested content promptly.
Provide access to advertising and marketing accounts where required.
Review deliverables within a reasonable period.
Maintain valid payment details where applicable.
Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
4. Marketing Results
We are committed to continuously managing, optimising, and improving every aspect of the Copesetics Marketing System to maximise your business growth.
However, digital marketing results are influenced by factors beyond our control, including market conditions, customer behaviour, competitor activity, search engine algorithm updates, advertising platform policies, and economic conditions. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, sales, revenue, leads, website traffic, or return on investment.
5. Advertising Platforms
Campaigns may be managed through third-party platforms including:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Microsoft Advertising
You remain responsible for complying with the policies of these platforms.
Advertising platforms may suspend, restrict, or reject campaigns at their sole discretion.
6. Third-Party Costs
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our monthly service fee excludes:
Domain registration
Website hosting
Premium software subscriptions
Third-party licences
Platform fees
Payment processing fees
These costs remain the client’s responsibility.
7. Software Development
Where software, automation, or custom systems are developed:
Requirements must be agreed upon before development begins.
Minor revisions may be included where agreed.
The Copesetics Marketing System covers all agreed development work and ongoing improvements within the scope of the service.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All proprietary systems, methodologies, frameworks, templates, automation processes, scripts, software, and internal tools developed by Copesetics remain the intellectual property of Copesetics Marketing Services (Pty) Ltd.
Upon full payment, clients receive a full free lifetime license to use and update the deliverables created specifically for their business.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and secure.
Neither party will disclose confidential information to any third party unless required by law or authorised in writing by the other party.
10. Availability of Services
We strive to provide uninterrupted services.
However, maintenance, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service delivery.
11. Website Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to modify website content without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Copesetics Marketing Services (Pty) Ltd. shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Loss of revenue
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of data
Third-party platform failures
Search engine algorithm changes
Advertising account suspensions
Business interruptions
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client during the month in which the claim arose.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copesetics Marketing Services (Pty) Ltd., its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
Information supplied by you.
Your misuse of our services.
Your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
14. Termination
You may cancel the Copesetics Marketing System at any time by providing written notice.
If you cancel during a billing month, the full monthly fee for that month remains payable. Your services will continue until the end of the paid billing period, after which no further monthly fees will be charged unless you choose to continue.
Copesetics reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where required by law or where there has been a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
15. Force Majeure
Copesetics shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, cyberattacks, labour disputes, government actions, or third-party platform outages.
16. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be published on our website together with the updated effective date.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
