This agreement outlines the commitments between Copesetics, your dedicated mentor and you as the mentee throughout the Copesetics Marketing Mentorship Programme.

| 1 Dedicated Mentor | Copesetics agrees to assign the mentee a dedicated mentor who will guide the mentee throughout the Copesetics Marketing Mentorship Programme. |
| 2 Daily Guidance | The mentor agrees to provide ongoing marketing and business guidance, recommendations and actionable tasks designed to help the mentee improve their marketing performance and grow their business. |
| 3 Weekly Mentorship Meeting | The mentor and mentee agree to meet online once per week for approximately 45 minutes to review progress, performance, challenges, opportunities and the next actions required. |
| 4 Mentor Availability | The mentee may contact the mentor between 09:00 and 17:30 daily for mentorship-related questions, guidance and support. The mentor will respond within a reasonable period based on the nature and complexity of the request. |
| 5 Tools & Resources | Copesetics and the mentor will provide the mentee with basic access to relevant tools, resources, systems and guidance where these are included in the programme. Where an additional paid third-party tool is reasonably required, the mentor will advise the mentee before the mentee is expected to purchase or subscribe to it. |
| 6 Mentee Responsibilities | The mentee agrees to complete the tasks assigned by the mentor on or before their agreed due dates, attend scheduled mentorship meetings, provide accurate information and provide any reasonable access required to implement and measure the agreed marketing strategy. |
| 7 Forecasted 500% Return | From the beginning of the third month of the mentorship, the mentor forecasts a target monthly measurable return equivalent to a minimum of 500% of the mentorship fee, provided that the mentee consistently completes the required tasks, follows the agreed strategy, attends the required meetings and provides the information, access and cooperation reasonably required by the mentor. This figure is a performance forecast and target rather than a guaranteed financial outcome. Actual results may vary based on market conditions, implementation, business performance and other factors outside the mentor's control. |
| 8 Performance & Cooperation | The mentee agrees to communicate openly about business performance, leads, sales, marketing results and challenges relevant to the mentorship. Both parties agree to work in good faith and make reasonable adjustments to the strategy where performance data indicates that changes are required. |
| 9 Confidentiality | Copesetics, the mentor and the mentee agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, marketing, strategic or operational information shared during the mentorship. This obligation continues after the mentorship ends, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed to in writing. |
| 10 Ongoing Agreement & Cancellation | The mentorship operates on an ongoing basis and may be cancelled by Copesetics, the mentor or the mentee at any time, subject to the applicable cancellation terms. This agreement is subject to the Constitution and laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute arising from the mentorship will be interpreted in accordance with South African law. |
